Coach your team

You take over one NFL team and coach it for as long as you survive. Each game you can call the plays yourself, one snap at a time, or sim it. Both count the same toward your record and your job security, so you can play the games that matter to you and sim the rest.

Between seasons comes the NFL draft. The board shows real college players with their real 2026 stat lines for the first few classes, then made-up names after that. Pick for your team yourself, or tap Auto-pick and let the game choose.

Results move your job security. Win and you stay; lose for long enough and you are out. Rosters start from the real NFL depth charts, and ratings marked Proj or Fictional are the game's own estimates, not scouting reports.
