Who's Starting (“WS,” “we,” “us”) publishes whosstarting.com and the Who's Starting iOS app. The service is a free sports information and games app — depth charts, injury tracking, ratings, and games (Dynasty Mode, Pick'em, The Long Draft). No account is required; an optional account exists only for Dynasty cloud-save backup (see Privacy).

Personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape, mirror, or resell our data or ratings wholesale; don't disrupt the service (automated abuse, denial-of-service, credential stuffing); don't use it to break the law. We may suspend access for abuse.

Accounts:keeping access to the email you sign in with is on you — we can't recover a Dynasty save if you lose that email.

Ratings, rankings, projections, and depth-chart calls are our own analysis of public/licensed information — estimates, not guarantees, and they can be wrong. See How Our Ratings Work. We are not affiliated with any team, league, or the NCAA.

Your content— a contact-form message, a guest article, or a community vote — gives us permission to display/use it for the purpose it was submitted for. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything defamatory, infringing, or unlawful.

Our content— the Who's Starting name, logo, site design, and our own articles and rankings — is ours to reuse and license; the underlying sports facts and stats themselves aren't owned by anyone.

Third-party links and data:we link to and cite third-party sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

The site is provided “as is,” with no warranties. We work to keep data accurate and the site available but don't guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service — including for betting or wagering decisions, which we do not support or encourage anywhere on this site. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions made using the site.

Termination: we may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.
